Digital access
Because every item is digital and available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the material has been opened or downloaded.
Memberships
You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time from your library. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no free trial, so nothing starts without a deliberate purchase.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact support and we will put it right.
